Lifecycle Insights allows you to import your tickets from Autotask. This document assumes that you have already set up your Autotask integration and entered API Keys into LCI. Find the Security Level that is associated with the API User used for API access to Lifecycle Insights. Once you do that, edit that security level.
Expand Service Desk and set the values as outlined below.
Make sure you Save your changes.
